Sec. 21.12.  IMPROPER RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EDUCATOR AND STUDENT. 

An offense under this section is a felony of the second degree.

Sec. 21.15.  IMPROPER PHOTOGRAPHY OR VISUAL RECORDING. 

An offense under this section is a state jail felony.

Sec. 22.011.  SEXUAL ASSAULT. 

An offense under this section is a felony of the second degree.

Sec. 22.021.  AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT

An offense under this section is a felony of the first degree.

Sec. 25.02.  PROHIBITED SEXUAL CONDUCT. 

An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree, unless the offense is committed under Subsection (a)(1), in which event the offense is a felony of the second degree.

Sec. 43.02.  PROSTITUTION.  (solicitation and engagement) 

An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor up to a state jail felony.

Sec. 43.03.  PROMOTION OF PROSTITUTION. 

An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.

Sec. 43.04.  AGGRAVATED PROMOTION OF PROSTITUTION. 

An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree.

Sec. 43.05.  COMPELLING PROSTITUTION.

Sec. 43.22.  OBSCENE DISPLAY OR DISTRIBUTION.

Sec. 43.23.  OBSCENITY.

43.24.  SALE, DISTRIBUTION, OR DISPLAY OF HARMFUL MATERIAL TO MINOR.

An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor unless it is committed under Subsection (b)(3) in which event it is a felony of the third degree.

Sec. 43.25.  SEXUAL PERFORMANCE BY A CHILD. 

An offense under Subsection (b) is a felony of the second degree, except that the offense is a felony of the first degree if the victim is younger than 14 years of age at the time the offense is committed.

An offense under Subsection (d) is a felony of the third degree, except that the offense is a felony of the second degree if the victim is younger than 14 years of age at the time the offense is committed.

Sec. 43.251.  EMPLOYMENT HARMFUL TO CHILDREN. 

An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.

Sec. 43.26.  POSSESSION OR PROMOTION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY. 
An offense under Subsection (a) is a felony of the third degree.
An offense under Subsection (e) is a felony of the second degree.
